We are selected 
caterers to the National Trust which means that we have the advantage of catering in Stately Homes covered by the National Trust. Our food and hygiene has to be of the highest level to be selected for such venues and are accredited with H.A.C.C.P; the highest standard of hygiene. We have delighted royalty, celebrities, MP's and executives of powerful corporations. Now you and your guests can experience the same service, whatever and wherever you choose.

"Dear Ron,
Thank you so much for making our daughters wedding day a truly memorble occasion. When the deision was made to have the reception at home we were naturally very anxious but you soon put us at ease.
The day was very hot and although you were all working in extreme weather conditions the professionalism of you and your staff never faltered.
We have received many letters and telephone calls from our guests and each one has not failed to congratulate us on our choice of caterers. The food was delicious and the presentation superb. To quote one guest 'the catering staff really wanted to serve you, nothing was too much trouble, the food was out of this world'.
A special thank you goes to Linda and her team of waiters/waitresses. The greeting that was given to our guests when they arrived home 30 minutes earlier than expected was wonderful. She soon got everyone plied with champagne and canapes.
The Sunday brunch that we had for those who 'just wouldn't go home!' was an excellent idea - thank you. It was wonderful to have a very relaxed casual day with immediate family to chat about the wedding day. It completed the celebrations.
